The Gremari online store offers customers a one-time free resizing service for selected rings — up to 3 sizes larger or smaller — within 100 days after delivery.
Rings eligible for resizing include this information on the product page. If no such information is provided, resizing is not available.
Any additional resizing beyond the first free correction is treated as a paid service and priced individually.
Resizing by more than 3 sizes up or down is considered an additional paid service and priced individually.
Wedding ring resizing, regardless of the number of sizes, is always a paid service with individual pricing.

How Do I Find My Ring Size?
To help our customers choose the perfect fit, every ring and wedding ring purchase includes a free professional jeweler’s ring gauge. Simply thread the end of the gauge through the clasp and tighten it comfortably at the base of your finger — where the ring will be worn.
The number displayed in the window indicates your ring size. Make sure the gauge slides slightly against the knuckle when removing it, ensuring a comfortable everyday fit.
For the most accurate result, measure your finger in the morning and avoid measuring immediately after physical activity or during very hot weather. Always measure the specific finger on which the ring will be worn.
